Acne is a dark on spot on skin, its an outbreak of lesions. It's also called zits and pimples.  Acne are caused    when hair follicles under the skin are clogged. Acne is caused when tiny holes in the skin ( hair follicles ) become blocked. The sebaceous glands under the skin are attached to hair follicles, which are small holes in your skin that an individual hair grows out of.
